of Peter Marino Architects, founded in 1978. Graduated
from Cornell University and worked for Skidmore Owings & Merrill,
George Nelson and I.M. Pei/ Cossuta & Ponte. The
140 + member firm is based in New York City with offices
in Philadelphia, East Hampton, and Paris. He is best
known for his residential projects around the world
and cultural institutions and is equally known for
worldwide fashion projects. Current projects are the
American Craft Museum/ New York City, Four Seasons
Hotel/ New York City, Chanel/ Milan/ Frankfurt/ Geneva,
Louis Vuitton/ East 57th Street NYC, Costa Smeralda
Yacht Club, Sardinia/ Italy. The firm is a recipient
of numerous AIA Awards for the Armani Building and
work at the Americana at Manhasset. |
